Groupage

Groupage shipments offer a highly cost-effective solution by consolidating smaller consignments from multiple clients into a single 20ft or 40ft container. This method is ideal for clients with smaller shipments that don’t require an entire container. By sharing container space with other client’s, you can benefit from significantly lower shipping costs and efficient delivery. However, due to the consolidation process, it may take a bit longer to reach the destination, making it perfect for non-urgent shipments.

Full container load (FCL):

Full Container Load (FCL) is a shipping method where a single container is exclusively used for one client’s cargo. This means all goods within the container are itemised under a single Bill of Lading and belong solely to one party.

FCL is typically preferred for larger shipments that can fill either a 20-foot or 40-foot container. This method offers numerous advantages, including reduced handling, a lower risk of damage, and faster transit times.

Loose Container Loads (LCL):

Less than Container Load (LCL) shipping involves sharing a container with other client’s or businesses. Shipments are packed and consolidated at a warehouse or staging area by freight forwarders, who group together cargo moving to the same destination. This method optimises space and reduces costs. However, because goods may be mixed with businesses and commercial shipments, the fees could sometimes end up being higher compared to Full Container Load (FCL).

Air freight is a premium shipping method that involves transporting goods via aircraft. Known for its speed and reliability, air freight is the optimal choice for shipping high-value, time-sensitive items over long distances. It ensures that your valuable cargo reaches its destination swiftly and safely, making it ideal for urgent deliveries and delicate shipments.

European moves are typically conducted via road freight. We offer two services to cater to your specific needs:

Part Load Services:

Ideal for smaller moves, part load delivery functions like groupage services but are transported by road. By sharing vehicle space with other clients, you benefit from significant cost savings proportional to the size of your move. However, transit times may be slightly longer due to the consolidation process.

Direct Services:

Perfect for larger moves or clients who prioritize time, direct services involve a dedicated vehicle that transports your belongings directly from pickup to delivery. This ensures a swift, efficient, and uninterrupted move, providing peace of mind and timely delivery.
